Project Control Center is a corporate internal system for cost, schedule and progress tracking of company projects. Access is restricted to company employees and business partners authorized by the administrator; there is no public sign-up. By signing in, every user is deemed to have accepted these terms of use and to have been informed by the privacy notice below.
Your account is personal; your credentials may not be shared with third parties. Project data in the system is the property of the company and constitutes trade-secret information; it may not be copied or shared beyond your authorization — this obligation survives the end of your access. Indicators and reports support decisions; they do not replace official records.
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ("KVKK"), the data controller is Ata-Grup. The system processes only: your corporate e-mail address, your authentication credential (your password is never stored in plain text; only an irreversible hash is kept), sign-in records (timestamp and IP address) and your project access rights. The purposes are access, authorization, account security and, on request, report e-mails; the legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f). Project data uploaded to the system is corporate data, not personal data. No profiling, advertising or marketing takes place.
Data is processed on the servers of contracted cloud, hosting and e-mail service providers located abroad; transfers are carried out within the framework of KVKK art. 9. Data is never shared with any third party other than these providers. Your account data is deleted when your access ends; sign-in records and backups are kept for a limited time within the providers’ standard retention cycles.
Only strictly necessary cookies are used: session cookies (authentication) and a preference cookie (evm_prefs: your language, theme and — if you chose "remember me" — your e-mail address). There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
To exercise your rights under KVKK art. 11 (information, correction, deletion and others), submit your request to the system administrator; requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
